Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Tokyo with representatives of the Japanese company HANWA Co., Ltd, Dunyo news agency reported.
During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the chemical industry, as well as the needs of the Japanese market for relevant products were discussed. Representatives of HANWA Co., Ltd noted with satisfaction the existing positive areas of cooperation in the chemical industry between Japan and Uzbekistan, the successfully implemented project to modernize the Navoiyazot plant, the growing demand from Japanese companies to import products from Uzbekistan.
Promising areas of cooperation for HANWA Co., Ltd were also discussed, in particular, the company expressed interest in establishing contacts with Uzkimyosanoat JSC and importing products manufactured at the enterprise. In addition, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit of representatives of HANWA Co., Ltd to Uzbekistan to conduct negotiations with the management of Uzkimyosanoat JSC this summer.
It should be noted that HANWA Co., Ltd, founded in 1947, has 19 offices in Japan, 50 offices in foreign countries and 6 logistics centers.
