Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As a result of the measures taken, over the past 10 days, a decrease in prices for AI-80 gasoline in the retail market has been achieved. This was reported by the press service of the Antimonopoly Committee.

Due to the creation of competition in exchange trading, in particular, providing free access for small and medium-sized gas stations, the weighted average exchange prices per 1 ton decreased from 10.13 million soums to 8.1 million soums, or by 20 percent, as a result positively influenced the retail market as well.

From 26-27 November, some gas stations began selling gasoline in the range of 6,500-6,900 soums, work on stabilizing prices continues.
