Profile of newborns’ parents: Statistics for January–March 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to data from the National Statistics Committee, a total of 198,089 live births were registered by civil registry offices across Uzbekistan between January and March 2025.

The age distribution of the newborns’ parents is as follows:

Fathers’ Age:

Under 25 years: 9.6%

25 to 39 years: 82.7%

40 years and older: 7.7%

Mothers’ Age:

Under 25 years: 37.1%

25 to 39 years: 61.5%

40 years and older: 1.4%
