Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A law “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was signed by the President of Uzbekistan in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On licensing, licensing and notification procedures.
Due to the fact that, in accordance with the law, it is allowed to engage in certain licensed activities by permission and notification, the licensing requirement has been canceled in a number of laws.
Accordingly, liability was introduced into the Criminal Code, stipulating punishment for activities without notification or obtaining a permitting document, if necessary, associated with the receipt of income on an especially large scale.
The Code of Administrative Responsibility also establishes measures of responsibility for these actions.
The Law "On Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activity" stipulates that obtaining a license is not required for the following areas of pharmaceutical activity:
- production, manufacture, wholesale of medical products;
- research work on the creation of medicines and medical products;
- quality control of medicines and medical products;
- packaging and wholesale of medicinal plant materials.
