Production of Kia Sonet starts in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Production of the Kia Sonet car has started in Uzbekistan, which will be assembled in Jizzakh.

This car becomes the first Kia model to be produced in Uzbekistan using a full technological cycle, including welding and body painting.

The cost of a Kia Sonet with a 1.5 liter engine is estimated at approximately 200 million soums.

The Kia plant in Jizzakh provides a warranty on the car for 5 years or up to a mileage of 150 thousand kilometers.
