Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 16 July 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted Resolution No. 444 approving the Regulation on the procedure for granting and disbursing one-time allowances to individuals released from penal institutions.

The document outlines the process for applying, reviewing, and issuing the allowance to eligible persons.

All procedures — including application submission, review, and allowance assignment — are conducted via the “E-probatsiya” information system.

Applicants must personally apply at the district (city) probation office within one month from the date of release.

Within one working day, the authorized body notifies the applicant of the decision and provides information on the bank through which the payment will be processed.

The recipient can collect the allowance at any branch of a commercial bank upon presenting an ID or a certificate of release/completion of sentence — within one month after the allowance is granted.

The one-time allowance is set at 6 sizes of basic estimated values (BEVs).
