Problems in social sphere in Uzbekistan discussed

The commission studied situation on employment, reconstruction, repair and construction of social and educational objects, as well as programmes on construction of houses in places.

Participants discussed realization of the programmes on developing social spheres in separate directions.

The commission discussed capital repair, reconstruction and construction of social objects, schools, colleges, healthcare institutions, etc.

Participants also critically considered construction of houses on standard projects in rural areas. This year, it is planned to construct 15,000 such houses, but as of 1 June construction of only 13,000 houses were launched.

The commission underlined that there are low quality of construction, supply of water, electricity, gas and construction of internal roads.

The commission discussed elimination of existing problems and timely execution of the tasks.

It is planned to create five groups of the commission to monitor processes of implementation of the strategy’s measures, develop roadmap and implementation schedule.
