Prize-winners and winners of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games to receive cash rewards

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Prize-winners and winners of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games, as well as their coaches, will receive one-time monetary rewards.

The President of Uzbekistan signed a resolution "On the encouragement of athletes who became winners and prize-winners of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games held in the city of Konya (Turkey), as well as their coaches with one-time monetary rewards".

One-time monetary rewards for each medal will encourage athletes of Uzbekistan:

for a gold medal - US$5,000;

for a silver medal - US$3,000;

bronze medal - US$2,000;

The coaches who prepared the winners and prize-winners will be paid:

for a gold medal - US$2,500;

for a silver medal - US$1,500;

for a bronze medal - US$1,000.
