The Presidents of the two countries noted with satisfaction the dynamic development of Uzbek-Belarusian multifaceted relations observed in recent years and their filling with concrete content.

The volume of mutual trade is growing, the number of successful cooperation projects in various sectors of the economy is increasing, and educational, cultural and humanitarian exchanges are expanding.

A high assessment was given to the established regular and productive dialogue at the level of heads of government. We are working on promising projects in the field of mechanical engineering, the agro-industrial complex, the chemical, pharmaceutical and electrical industries, and other areas of practical cooperation.

There was also an exchange of views on international issues. Issues on the agenda of the upcoming summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the city of Samarkand in September this year were discussed.
