“We want to make everyone mathematicians, but that’s impossible. A maximum of 10 percent of children want to be mathematicians. We must teach the child in a way that is consistent with his desires and requests. The child himself knows well what he is interested in. It is necessary to stop teaching him all subjects equally and focus on the area of interest to him.

For you, districts and regional departments of public education are like prosecutors. I want to abolish these two organizations, the schools themselves should be both districts and regional departments of public education. What are the extra links for? Because of them, the teacher cannot take a single step. It’s time to break it down.

“Of course, order is needed, but there is a ministry for this. We still have the old system. But in fact, the school itself should indicate the city government,” he said.

“We are accustomed to the old system, we do what the district says. Sorry, but times are changing, we have changed the system of cotton in agriculture. Now both cotton and the system work. Otherwise, would two billion exports in agriculture be possible? Here, both textile and other industries are working,” the President said.
