Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 10 December, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in the work of the next meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in the format of a video conference.

The event will be chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev. It is envisaged that the leaders of Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, as well as Cuba, will participate in the status of the head of state-observer in the organization.

In accordance with the agenda, topical issues of deepening integration processes within the EAEU and improving the activities of this multilateral structure will be considered.

It should be noted that Uzbekistan has been an observer at the Eurasian Economic Union since December last year.
