Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan. This was announced today at a press conference by Deputy Foreign Minister Nuran Niyazaliev, 24.kg reported.
According to him, strengthening cooperation with the Republic of Uzbekistan in the foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic is a priority.
“Therefore, the head of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, made one of his first visits after his election to Tashkent. An agreement was reached on the state visit of Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Dates are being worked out through diplomatic channels. It is necessary to work out the organizational and content parts. A number of bilateral agreements, memorandums, an action plan, investment projects are being prepared, which we want to offer to the Uzbek side,” Nuran Niyazaliev emphasized.
He added that the timing also depends on the work schedule of the two presidents. And he assured that the preparations are in full swing.
