The head of state laid flowers at the monument dedicated to Victory Day and paid deep respects to the memory of Azerbaijan’s fallen heroes.

This modern memorial complex, located in the center of the Azerbaijani capital, was established to honor the memory of national heroes who gave their lives for the country’s freedom and territorial integrity.
