President of Uzbekistan introduces changes to structure of Government

Uzbek leader abolished the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan - the head of the Complex for macroeconomic development, structural transformation and attraction of foreign investments.

He also abolished the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan - Chairman of the Board of Uzavtosanoat – the head of the Complex for development of export potential and machinery, automotive and electrical industry, standardization of products.

President abolished the post of Deputy Prime Minister – the head of the Complex for Ecology, Environmental Protection, Physical Culture and Sports.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev also abolished several information-analytical departments, as well as department for legal expertise and international agreements.

At the same time, President of Uzbekistan introduced the posts of Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan – the head of the Complex for economic development, structural transformation, investment, reforming the banking and financial systems, coordinating the activities of free economic and small industrial zones and Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan - chairman of the Board of Uzavtosanoat – the head of the complex for development of foreign economic affairs, export potential, engineering, automotive and electrical industries, products standardization.

Uzbek leader created new information-analytical departments under the executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers.
