Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 September, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The Vice President of the Emirates cordially congratulated the head of our state and the people of Uzbekistan on the 30th anniversary of the country’s independence, sincerely wishing peace, prosperity, great success and prosperity.

Topical issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed, the progress in the implementation of the agreements reached following the high-level visit to the United Arab Emirates in March 2019 was considered.

The results of practical interaction in trade, economic, investment, energy, transport, communication and other spheres were noted with satisfaction. It was emphasized that the construction of the first solar photovoltaic station in Uzbekistan has been successfully completed with the Masdar company.

Joint efforts are actively promoting educational and humanitarian exchange programs. In the city of Tashkent, the Office of the Government Accelerator began work as part of measures to improve the efficiency of public administration in our country.
