President of Turkmenistan visits Mustaqillik Square, Minor mosque

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the Mustaqillik (Independence) Square.

Turkmen leader laid flowers to the Monument of Independence and Humanism. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined comfortable climate at the square. He also visited Memory square.

Two leaders also visited Bunyodkor stadium and Minor mosque. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said that the mosque combines traditions of national and modern style of architecture.
