President of Turkey visits historic sites in Samarkand
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited historic sites of Samarkand on 18 November within his visit to Uzbekistan.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan paid a visit to Imam Bukhari’s tomb and Imam Maturidi’s tomb in Samarkand.
Turkish leader also visited Registan square, where he familiarized with Ulugbek, Sherdor and Tilla-kari Madrasahs.
Afterward, President Erdoğan visited the grave of Timur in Samarkand city.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wrapped up his visit to Uzbekistan.
