Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the head of Tatarstan.

At the international airport in Tashkent, Rustam Minnikhanov was met by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Uzbekistan Oleg Malginov.

In Uzbekistan, the President of Tatarstan is scheduled to participate in the business forum "Tatarstan-Uzbekistan", a meeting with business circles, a visit to TEXNOPARK LLC, work on the agenda of the strategic vision group "Russia - Islamic World" at the level of the leadership of Uzbekistan.

Also, as part of the trip, Rustam Minnikhanov will traditionally hold a meeting with representatives of local Tatar public organizations.
