Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on 10 October on a two-day working visit to Uzbekistan.

The Tatarstan delegation included heads of large enterprises and companies interested in developing cooperation with Uzbekistan.

The program of the visit includes a meeting with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov and heads of various departments. It is planned to visit a number of enterprises, including a tire plant in Angren.

Rustam Minnikhanov will also attend the opening ceremony of the branch of Kazan Federal University in the Jizzakh region.
