Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon will pay a two-day official visit to Uzbekistan, Asia-Plus was told in the press service of the President of Tajikistan.

The President’s trip is scheduled for 2-3 June. During the visit, official meetings of Emomali Rahmon with the top leadership of Uzbekistan are planned, as a result of which the signing of a number of documents is not ruled out, the press service noted.

The agenda of the upcoming meetings include the development of cooperation between the countries in the trade, economic, transport and communication, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
