President of China arrives in Tashkent

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov welcomed Xi Jinping at the Tashkent International Airport.

After a brief conversation, the Chinese delegation left for a designated residence at the Kuksaroy complex.

Main events of the state visit of the President of the People’s Republic of China will take place on 22 June.

As earlier reported, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping started his state visit to Uzbekistan with visit to Bukhara.

He familiarized with the Ark complex, Samanid mausoleum, Poyi Kalon complex and Bukhara carpets and silk exhibition hall.
