President approves measures on ordering exchange and exhibition trade fair

The resolution said that through settlements and clearing houses of exchanges and fairs, settlements can be made only for transactions, which have been registered on exchanges and fairs.

The head of Uzbekistan has forbidden operations on settlement of the monetary demands with use of the resources, which are on accounts in settlement and clearing chambers of exchanges and fairs.

The funds credited to the account of a non-resident seller at settlements and clearing houses of exchanges and fairs can be only used for payment of export contracts, concluded at exchange and exhibition-fairs, customs duties, court expenses and services directly related to conclusion and execution of exchange contracts.
