President acquaints with construction of new metro line

The length of the new line, which will be constructed in 2017-2020, will make up 7.1 km. With the launch of new line, services will be provided to some 14 million passengers, UzA.

President acquainted with the course of construction, emphasized that this project is the first of its kind in the history of Uzbekistan.

In order to provide more convenience for the population of Uzbekistan, the President stressed the need to constructed covered stations and strictly comply with arrival and departure times of the trains.
