Presentation of Uzbek Women Entrepreneurs’ Projects Held in Guangzhou

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — With the support of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, a delegation from Uzbekistan visited Guangzhou, China, the Dunyo news agency reports.

The delegation included representatives of the Committee for Family and Women Affairs, leaders of the “Uzbekistan National Economic Cooperation” Association, and women entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan.

During the visit, in cooperation with the Guangzhou Committee for the Promotion of International Trade, the Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce, and the Guangzhou Modern Industry Association, business forums were held with the participation of over 60 local companies, enterprises, and economic organizations.

As a result of the events, the parties agreed to intensify mutual exchanges, including organizing business missions and developing prospective investment and trade agreements.

Additionally, during meetings with participants of the “Canton Fair” and the management of “Overseas Prominent Brand,” opportunities for expanding exports of Uzbek products to the Chinese market were discussed.
