Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 March, Minister of Preschool Education Agrippina Shin met with a Korean delegation headed by Kim Chang Keon, First Deputy Chairman of the Business Association of the Republic of Uzbekistan and South Korea.

Preliminarily, the total volume of investments aimed at implementing the program is estimated at 500 thousand US dollars.
This program will be implemented as a mobile application and adapted to the conditions of Uzbekistan.
A functional mobile application will create additional conditions and opportunities for greater coverage of preschool education and teaching children aged 3-7 years in foreign languages (English, Russian and Korean) and mathematics based on animated videos.
It is planned to constantly update the multimedia content programs at the expense of the Korean side.
A distinctive aspect of the proposed mobile application is the possibility of including videos in the content of the program aimed at improving the qualifications of teachers employed in the preschool education system, as well as involving parents in the learning process.
Following the talks, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Key dates for the implementation of the project have been determined, and the preliminary launch of the mobile application in Uzbekistan is scheduled for 1 September 2020.
