Play “Michael Kohlhaas” to be shown in Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A play “Michael Kohlhaas” based on the novel of the German author Heinrich von Kleist will be shown at the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan on 4 March 2016.
Within the international project of the Youth Theatres of Uzbekistan and Germany, directors Obid Abdurakhmanov and Franziska-Theresa Schütz created two original plays based on the novel.
The play “Michael Kohlhaas” by Obid Abdurakhmanov was shown at Junges Theater Heidelberg in Germany in 2015.
The project is realized by Youth Theatres of Uzbekistan and Junges Theater Heidelberg and supported by the Goethe Institute.
