Photovoltaic power plants to be installed at Gafur Gulyam Park

Photovoltaic power plants will be installed in the Park of Culture and Rest named after Gafur Gulyam in Tashkent, a chairman of the Tashkent City Committee for Nature Protection Shomurod Mukhamedjanov said.
According to him, the project on installation of photovoltaic plant at the park was included into the action plan of Tashkent committee for Nature Protection for 2016.
He noted that a large number of night lighting and amusement were installed in the park and electricity is needed for them.
Mukhamedjanov said that the installation of photovoltaic devices will allow to supply electricity to the park with help of solar energy/
