Perspectives of national journalism development to be discussed in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An international conference “Perspectives of development of national journalism: theory and practice (international experience)” will be held in Tashkent on 25 September. Local and foreign experts will attend the event.

The conference is aimed at developing proposals and recommendations on further developing priority directions of national journalism and developing its active civil position, improving skills of journalists, etc.

The conference will consist of three sessions. The first session will be dedicated to liberalization of mass media, the second session – on improving skills of journalists and third – use of modern information technologies in TV broadcasting.
