Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 13 January 2023, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the head of the Delegation of the European Union in Uzbekistan, Charlotte Adrian.

The meeting reviewed the current state and promising areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union, the implementation of previously reached agreements.

The organizational aspects of the upcoming events at various levels, including in the formats "Uzbekistan - EU" and "Central Asia - EU" were discussed.

The readiness of the parties to strengthen cooperation in the fields of tourism, education and ecology, including through the implementation of joint projects, was confirmed.

An exchange of views also took place on certain issues of the international and regional agenda.
