Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- For the purchase of energy-saving devices and reimbursement of part of the interest expenses on loans received for these purposes, compensation is allocated from the budget.

Compensation is allocated to cover part of the following costs:

individuals in the amount of 30 percent of the cost of purchasing solar photovoltaic stations, solar water heaters, as well as energy-efficient gas burners, while in an amount not exceeding:

for solar photovoltaic stations - 3 million soums;

for solar water heaters - 1.5 million soums;

for energy-efficient gas burners - 200 thousand soums;

reimbursement of part of the interest expenses on loans received for the purchase of renewable energy devices, energy efficient gas burners and boilers, and other energy efficient equipment:

individuals on loans in the amount of not more than 500 million soums - in the part exceeding the refinancing rate of the Central Bank, but not more than 8 percentage points;

legal entities on loans in the amount of not more than 5 billion soums - in the part exceeding the refinancing rate of the Central Bank, but not more than 5 percentage points.
