Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Personnel changes have taken place within the system of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Umid Abidkhadjaev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance. Previously, he served as the Director of the Institute for Macroeconomic and Regional Studies.

Ilkhom Umurzakov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance. In addition, he will head the Department for the Implementation of Public-Private Partnership Projects.

Abdulaziz Khaidarov has been appointed Chairman of the Treasury Committee. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance.

Murodbek Atadjanov has been appointed Director of the Pension Fund. He previously served as Chairman of the Treasury Committee.
