Paxta-Lizing increase authorized capital to 1.6bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Paxta-Lizing closed joint stock company increased its authorized capital from 100 million soums to 1.6 billion soums, the company said.
The company noted that it issued shares, which it will convert to old shares with smaller par value.
Paxta-Lizing was founded on 17 March 2006. Among founders are Agrobank, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Uzpakhtasanoat Assoictaion, Madad insurance agency, and others.
