Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 30 January at 03:20 a.m., at the 34th kilometer of the Ferghana ring road, which runs through the territory of the Orom MSG, a resident of Davlatabad district of Namangan, born in 1995, driving a Spark in the direction of Namangan-Tashkent, failed to ensure safe movement and crashed into a concrete fence located in the middle of the road.
