Part of Uzbekistan Ovozi street to be closed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  From 18 October 2024 to 20 December 2024, a section of Uzbekistan Ovozi Street in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district, from the intersection with Shahrisabz Street to Istiklol Street, will be closed to traffic.

According to the press service of the Mirzo-Ulugbek khokimiyat, this closure is due to large-scale infrastructure changes on the street, which will be transformed into a round-the-clock thoroughfare to meet the needs of the population and urban planning standards.
