Parking Rates in Uzbekistan Surge 15.5% in 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The cost of services associated with private vehicle ownership in Uzbekistan saw a significant uptick throughout 2025, according to data released by the National Statistics Committee.

Official statistics reveal that average parking rates across the country rose by 15.5% over the course of the year. This upward trend extended to other automotive support services, with the cost of car washes increasing by an average of 8% and technical maintenance services rising by 7%.

Market analysts suggest that the price dynamics reflect a broader increase in operating costs within the automotive service sector. Additionally, the sharp rise in parking fees is attributed to the growing demand for limited parking spaces in the country’s major urban centers.
