Ozon’s Turnover in Uzbekistan Nearly Quadruples in 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ozon group of companies published unaudited financial results for 2025, showing significant growth across key indicators. Turnover, including services, increased by 45% year-on-year to 628.5 trillion soums, while company revenue grew 63% to 150.7 trillion soums.

The marketplace’s active customer base grew by 8.6 million users over the year, reaching 65.1 million people. Customer engagement also increased, with each buyer placing an average of 38 orders per year, up 12 orders from 2024.

In Uzbekistan, where Ozon launched operations in 2024, the platform’s customer base grew nearly 3.5 times, and overall marketplace turnover nearly quadrupled compared to the previous year. In 2025, the company delivered 2.481 billion orders, 1.7 times more than the previous year. In Uzbekistan specifically, users placed almost five times as many orders as in 2024.

Ozon’s warehouse and logistics capacities also expanded significantly: storage space increased by over one-third to nearly 5 million square meters. In Uzbekistan, the company is developing a sorting center in Tashkent and actively expanding its network of pickup points to ensure fast and accessible delivery for customers.
