OZONE FITNESS Fined for Violating Advertising Laws

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan Competition Committee has imposed a financial penalty on OZONE FITNESS LLC for violating the Law “On Advertising.”

During monitoring, it was found that the company had posted impermissible advertising and informational content on social media.

Following the inspection, the Committee’s Special Commission initiated proceedings and decided to apply financial sanctions.

In addition, OZONE FITNESS LLC received recommendations to eliminate the violations and prevent their recurrence.

Those dissatisfied with the decision have the right to appeal to the Committee’s Appellate Board or in court.
