O’zelektrkabelsavdo to emit shares for 339.71m soums

The company will issue 191,386 ordinary shares with par value of 1,775 soums each. Total volume of newly issued shares will be 339,710,150 soums.

O’zelektrkabelsavdo registered the new emission of shares with the Center for securities market on 8 September 2009. The company will start to sell shares after 45 days from registration day and till 5 December 2009.

O’zelektrkabelsavdo is wholesale trader of cable and wire products, as well as electronic products, including transformers, electric motor, accumulators for vehicles, lamps, etc.
