Over 620,000 people used metro services

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 5 December 2022, more than 620,000 people used the services of the Tashkent metro due to a cold snap. This was reported by the press service of the metro.

This is 105,000 passengers more (21%) compared to one day of last week.

In December 2020, 240 thousand passengers were transported in one day, in December 2021 - 400 thousand passengers, and in December 2022 - 620 thousand passengers in one day. Compared to 2020, it can be seen that this figure has increased by 380 thousand (258%), and compared to 2021 by 220 thousand (155%).
