Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- About 600 guests will take part in the international conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities”, which will be held from 15 to 16 July in Tashkent. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Uzbekistan Sherzod Asadov.

Among the guests are President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani and Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.

Asadov noted that the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, foreign ministers of more than 20 countries and others will take part in the summit.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev is expected to hold separate talks with guests, including the leaders of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
