She noted that the summer camps will start to work from 1 June. Some 1,149 camps will work, of which 213 are stationary camps, 795 – daily camps and 141 – work and rest camps.
Over 151,000 children will rest at stationary camps and over 135,000 – at daily camps, the report said.
Over 4,500 children from Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region will rest at camps in Tashkent, Jizzakh, Samarkand, Kashkadarya and Tashkent regions.
The special rest zones will be created this year. It is planned to open 220 such zones, including 14 intellectual camps, 8 – social adaptation camps, 14 military-sport camps, etc.
