Over 2 trln soums directed to state programme “The Year of Attention and Care for Elder Generation”

According to the Ministry of Economy and State Statistics Committee, over 7,700 war and labour veterans, single and needy elder people received services on improving their habitations. The compensations for communal services for 2.6 billion soums were made.

During 9 months, more than 205,000 veterans underwent medical examination, 151,000 veterans underwent outpatient and 16,700 people - in-patient treatment, 2,000 people improved their health in the specialized medical institutions.

Over 9,600 veterans of war and labor front, 28,300 elder, disabled and other citizens in need of social protection have undergone rehabilitation in sanatoriums.
