Over 12,000 houses constructed in Uzbekistan in 2015

Uzbekistan constructed 12,000 houses within the framework of the programme on construction of individual housing on standard projects in rural areas in 2015, the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan said.
About 367 km of gas supply network, 289 km of electric networks, 471 km of water networks and 213 km of lead and intra roads, as well as 115 objects of social and market infrastructure were also built at newly constructed blocks of houses.
Overall, Uzbekistan commissioned 11.7 million square meters of housing in 2015, including 8.6 million square meters - in the countryside, as well as 2.6 km of water networks, including 2,100 km - in the countryside.
