Orient Finans issues shares for 5.5 billion soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- PJSCB Orient Finans issued shares for a total amount of 5.5 billion soums.
The bank issued 4 million common and 400 thousand preferred shares. The par value of one share is 1,250 soums.
The decision to issue additional shares was made on 6 April 2021. The shares will be placed by private subscription.
