Opinions of MPs of Legislative Chamber on presidential decree on education

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan"About measures on further improvement of the system of retraining and advanced training of managerial and teaching staff of higher educational institutions" issued on 12 June 2015 became the logical continuation of the ongoing systematic and consistent reforms in the country.

UzLiDeP believes that this document is aimed at radically improving the quality of training of highly qualified specialists on the basis of constant growth of the professional level and qualification of faculty members of universities, the introduction of an improved system of their regular training. In this regard, all tasks of this Decree conform to the program priorities of UzLiDeP, and the party will make every effort to fully ensure its implementation.

UzLiDeP in its pre-election tasks supports further development of education and science, primarily the training a new generation, who will be able to solve complex problems of modernization and the construction of a modern society in the country. Party stands for the development of a network of libraries, centers of innovative ideas and knowledge, as well as the active involvement of the private sector in this area.

It should be noted that UzLiDeP via project “Young scientists and senior scientific researchers” supports young scientists in their development and activates their participation in political processes of the country.

UzLiDeP will actively promote the implementation this document for improving the qualification of teaching staff, will help to study the laws and regulations and introduction the modern methods to education process.

The party believes that this document will become a significant step in the ongoing reforms of the education system in the country.
