Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to ensure transparency in recording rights to real estate, as well as to improve certain administrative procedures in the field of cadastre" was adopted.
The Regulations on the procedure for providing open data of the State Register of Rights to Real Estate through the National Geographic Information System were approved. It defines:
the procedure for providing open data to government bodies, individuals, business associations and other legal entities;
conditions and terms for providing open data;
the procedure for making payments for open data;
duties of a public geoportal operator.
The Cadastre Agency will maintain a public geoportal based on open data in the National Geographic Information System, which will be launched before 1 January 2023.
Work on the preparation of the collection of information about real estate is carried out only in electronic form through the information system. By the end of 2022, the competent authorities maintaining state cadastres will fully integrate their databases into the information system.
Until 1 January 2024, state bodies and organizations, as well as self-government bodies of citizens, must complete the registration of actually used land plots, the decision on the allocation of which has not yet been made.
Cadastral engineers with a qualification certificate make a monthly payment in the amount of 1 BRV for using the information system.
Open data is provided to government bodies through a public geoportal free of charge, and to individuals, business associations and other legal entities - for a fee.
Users can receive free information about the cadastral number of a land plot in the state register of rights to real estate, its address and purpose of use.
