Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The process of registration and application for online admission to the first grades of secondary schools for the 2021-2022 academic year has begun in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.

Applications can be submitted through the electronic platform my.maktab.uz. At the moment, the platform accepts applications for schools located in the city of Tashkent, the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as regional centers.

From 15 June to 5 July, parents need to register on the my.maktab.uz platform and choose up to three schools for their children.

Then, from 6 July to 31 July, you can send documents to the school at the registration address with guaranteed enrollment. And applications to educational institutions outside the place of residence will be accepted from 1 August to 15 August, subject to availability at the time of electronic registration.

In other regions, admission to first grade will be held in the traditional manner. Applications to educational institutions at the place of residence can be submitted from 15 June to 15 July, and to schools of choice - from 16 July to 15 August.
