Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, at about 17:50, one rolling stock stopped for technical reasons on the Chilanzar line of the Tashkent metro between the Milliy Bog and Novza stations. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekiston Temir Yullari.

All passengers were safely evacuated. The work of the Tashkent metro continues to work, in some sections along a single-track line. Trains going in the direction of Chilanzar and Sergeli stop at the Pakhtakor station. Here passengers are asked to transfer to buses that will take them to the desired station free of charge.

The management of the Toshkent Metro Unitary Enterprise informs that a working group has been promptly set up to clarify the situation.
