Office Building in Shaykhantahur District of Tashkent Put Up for Sale

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Agency for State Asset Management has put a two-story office building up for sale in the Shaykhantahur district of Tashkent. The announcement is posted on the E-auksion platform.

The building, constructed in 1982, is located along Turkkurgan Street, between the Kalkauz Canal and the Malika shopping complex.

Currently, the premises are occupied by employees of the Bozsu Irrigation Systems Department under the Ministry of Water Resources.

The total floor area is 813 square meters, with an adjacent plot covering 0.3 hectares. The property is equipped with water, sewage, and electricity, while gas supply is not available.

The starting price for the lot is 26.63 billion soums. The auction is scheduled for February 23 at 10:00, with applications accepted until 9:00 on the same day.

The building is being sold in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution dated 7 March 2025.

Following the completion of the sale, the Bozsu Department will relocate within three years to a newly constructed facility in New Tashkent, vacating the property for transfer.
