Nursultan Nazarbaev and Shavkat Mirziyayev hold talks in Samarkand

During the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbaev noted unique contribution of Islam Karimov to development of the Uzbek state and cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Kazakh leader said that all activities of Islam Karimov served to further strengthening of friendship between two states. He said that it is necessary further strengthen brotherhood relation between the states.

During the talks, Nursultan Nazarbaev and Shavkat Mirziyayev exchanged opinion on the most actual issues of bilateral relations, regional and international issues.
